Head of Business Procurement Optronics and Land Solutions (w/m/d)
Die Abteilung Business Procurement Optronics and Land Solutions verantwortet die Beschaffungsaktivitäten der Division und deren strategische Planung.
Die der Abteilung zugeordneten Project Sourcing Manager sind die zentralen Ansprechpartner der Projekte und der Produktion an den deutschen Standorten für deren Planungs- und Beschaffungsvorgänge. Neben der engen Zusammenarbeit mit den Programmbereichen und dem Strategic Procurement müssen insbesondere auch Vertrieb, Entwicklung und Finance einbezogen werden.
Ihre Aufgaben
Leitung der Abteilung mit disziplinarischer und fachlicher Verantwortung für die Mitarbeiter in Oberkochen, Wetzlar und Taufkirchen
Direkte Berichtslinie an den CPO
Umsetzung der Business Planung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Strategischen Einkauf
Nachhalten der Ergebnisse der Sales & Operations Planung auf Divisionsebene
Verantwortliche Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Angeboten
Sicherstellung der frühzeitigen Beteiligung des Einkaufs in Neuproduktentwicklungen und Begleitung des kompletten Entwicklungsprozesses
Verantwortung für Auswahl, Verhandlung und Management programmbezogener Lieferantenverträge
Setzen und Verfolgen von Zielen zur Verbesserung von Kosten, Qualität, Liefertreue und Innovation
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Einkaufsrichtlinien und -prozesse
Die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen wird vorausgesetzt.
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurswesen
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
Erfahrung in komplexen Projektstrukturen sowie Umsetzung von Matrixorganisationen
Sehr gute konzeptionelle und strategische Fähigkeiten
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Verhandlungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
