Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the area of Space Optronics. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the space optics market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the space optics market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the aerospace industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and present sales proposals and pitches to customers and stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, physics, or mathematics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the aerospace industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
