  • Initiator für Service-Transition-Phasen

  • Kunden-Service-Meetings begleiten und gestalten

  • Abrechnung von Managed Services
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbares Studium
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im techni­schen oder kaufmännischen Um­feld, idealerweise im Bereich Service Management
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Service­orientierung
  • Erfahrung im IT-Servicegeschäft, vor allem mit dem Hersteller Cisco Systems sind vorausgesetzt
  • ITIL® 4 Foundation Zertifizierung und Service-Management-Prozess­kenntnisse
