Du übernimmst die Priorisierung und Koordination von Tickets für Service-Aufträge sowie die Steuerung unserer Kundenprojekte im Rahmen der Auftrags- und Servicebedingungen
Du bringst eine strukturierte, service- und kundenorientierte und selbstständige Denk- und Arbeitsweise sowie ein zielorientierter Umgang mit neuen Aufgaben- und Problemstellungen mit
Du konntest Grundkenntnisse in Windows-Technologien und der Systemadministration sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und im Service-Management sammeln 
Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse mit
