Job Summary

The CRM IT Project Manager at Hillenbrand is responsible for overseeing the technical implementation and management of CRM systems. This role requires strong technical strategy, project management, and communication skills to manage the CRM system across various projects and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute technical strategies for sales, service, and field service programs aligned with the company's CRM strategy
  • Manage project teams and resources across multiple projects, allocating and reallocating resources as needed
  • Architect project and program strategies for the CRM lifecycle, including vendor management and stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with sales, business, leadership, and IT directors to define portfolio direction and project management
  • Oversee the proper execution of the Hillenbrand Project Management Methodology for all sales programs and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of internal/external IT experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance-related roles
  • Experience successfully implementing, leading, and supporting CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud)
  • Experience leading medium to large, complex projects and/or business/IT consulting/management roles
  • International experience preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • English language required, German and French preferred
