At Exyte Central Europe GmbH, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our high-tech projects.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, particularly in the EPC investment project space. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and finalization of projects for semiconductor, flat panel display, photovoltaic, or battery production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage planning, implementation, and finalization of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Own cost, time, and quality targets, driving project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and related topics, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Provide internal and external project reporting, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Assemble and manage Exyte's project team during the planning and execution phase.
  • Coordinate with external partners and suppliers, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity.
  • Participate in contract award negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors.
Requirements
  • Completed master studies in industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture, building services, or clean room technology.
  • Longstanding professional experience in EPC investment project management.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and stay on-site.
  • Independent and service-oriented work style, with excellent communication skills.
