  • Als Director (all genders) Corporate Development SAP Division bist du Teil eines kleinen SAP Division Teams im direkten Umfeld der Gesamtunternehmensführung und berichtest direkt an den verantwortlichen COO/CSO von valantic
  • Deine Rolle kommt mit Verantwortung: du orchestrierst die Arbeit unseres SAP Division Head bzw. valantic Gruppen-Geschäftsführer und leitest das SAP Division Team; Themen wie disziplinarische Mitarbeiterführung sowie Mitarbeiterweiterentwicklung und Mentoring gehören zu deinem Tagesgeschäft
  • Du bist im Austausch mit sämtlichen Funktionen bei valantic – von M&A über Vertrieb, Applications, Finance und Recruiting bis hin zur operativen Delivery der Projekte
  • Die Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmensstrategie sowie deren operative Umsetzung, die Entwicklung unserer Organisationsstrukturen und Governance-Formate hin zur Definition von Best Practice Prozessen über die SAP Division hinweg, die direkte Unterstützung unserer Tochtergesellschaften zur Sicherstellung des Unternehmenserfolgs sowie zu kleineren Teilen die Integration neuer Gesellschaften sind Bestandteil deines Aufgabenbereichs, um die Skalierbarkeit der valantic Gruppe weiter zu optimieren
  • Zudem beschäftigst du dich mit Themen wie Commercial Excellence, Account und Business Development, Pricing, der Entwicklung von Länder-Strategien, der Erstellung von erstklassigen Präsentationen im Rahmen der SAP Divisionsarbeit, der Planung und Durchführung von bedeutenden Events, und vielem mehr
  • In deiner Rolle arbeitest du direkt mit den Führungspersonen der Gruppe zusammen: Du bist Sparringspartner in operativ-strategischen Fragestellungen und übernimmst Business-Development-Aufgaben
  • Perspektivisch besteht die Möglichkeit, bei einem Competence Center in die operative Geschäftsführung zu gehen
Was Dich auszeichnet
  • Du hast dein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst fünf oder mehr Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit, bevorzugt in einer Strategie-, IT- oder Softwareberatung, einer operativ ausgerichteten Rolle in einem IT-System- oder Softwarehaus oder einer IT-/ Projekt-/Strategieposition im Mittelstand
  • Du besitzt breite funktionale Expertise mit ausgeprägtem inhaltlichem Knowhow zu IT/Software – idealerweise auch Erfahrung im SAP Kontext oder der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Digitalstrategien / Applikationslandschaften
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung etablierter Strukturen und Prozesse sowie in der Professionalisierung von kleinen bzw. mittelständischen Strukturen
  • Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten; unternehmerisches & pragmatisches Denken und Handeln, analytische, umsetzungs- sowie zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, Verhandlungsstärke und Empathie für Menschen und Situationen runden dein Profil ab
  • Du bist reisebereit und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
