Seit mehr als 100 Jahren ist die Norderwerft Teil des Hamburger Hafens. Bis heute ist dieser vollintegrierte Werftbetrieb mit hoher Schiffbauexpertise bekannt für fristgerechte Abwicklung, Flexibilität und hohe Qualität bis ins kleinste Detail.
Außerdem bietet die Norderwerft Services für viele weitere Schiffstypen an – von historischen Schiffen über Schlepper bis hin zu Bagger- und Forschungsschiffen.
Durch unsere langjährige Geschichte und umfassende Erfahrung in der Reparatur von Marineschiffen besitzen wir die nötige Expertise, um Projekte termingerecht und innerhalb des Kostenrahmens zur vollen Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden abzuschließen. Zu diesen zählen seit vielen Jahren die Deutsche Marine, deutsche Behörden und Auftraggeber aus der ganzen Welt.

(Teil-) Projektleiter Maschinenbau / Schiffsbetriebstechnik (m/w/d)
Ihr Aufgabengebiet befasst sich mit allen Geschäftsfeldern des Unternehmens.
Sie verantworten innerhalb Ihrer Projekte die optimale Vertrags- bzw. Sie kommunizieren mit Kunden und weiteren Beteiligten zu jeder Zeit auf Augenhöhe und sichern den internen und externen Kommunikationsfluss im Rahmen des Projekts, denn bei Ihnen laufen die Fäden zusammen
Natürlich sind auch Berichtswesen, Änderungswesen, Planung und Risikomanagement wichtige Eckpfeiler Ihrer Position
Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) im Maschinenbau bzw. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement inklusive GPM/IPMA Level C/B oder gleichwertiger Zertifizierung
Souveräne Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch mit Kunden, Industriepartnern und Lieferanten; sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Eine kreative, wissbegierige Teamplayerpersönlichkeit mit exzellentem Zeitmanagement und hoher Lösungsorientierung
