We are hiring for a Partner Management Director to join our team, focus on developing and managing our joint Go-To-Market activities across EMEA and APAC.
As Partner Management Director, you will be responsible for leading and expanding Celonis partnerships with Strategy Consulting firms across EMEA and APAC. Define and execute a holistic Go-To-Market plan for strategy consulting firms across EMEA and APAC, while actively shaping the global ecosystem priorities.
Attract and develop senior relationships with sector-, industry-, and capability leaders, regional heads, and responsible account partners
Refine and pitch the value proposition of the Celonis partnership to secure buy-in for joint business development in new strategic areas and markets, maintaining a highly business outcome-focused approach
Source joint projects and ensure delivery success by managing Celonis-powered consulting engagements, aligning expectations with consulting partners, and coordinating across internal Celonis teams.
Manage regional governance with consulting firms, including regular steering committees, pipeline reviews, and project forecasts.
7-12 years of relevant work experience in the areas of strategy consulting, ideally paired with first exposure to software sales, business development and/or partner management
