Mit mehr als 1.500 Mitarbeitenden und eigenen Vertriebstöchtern in über 20 Ländern bietet unser Kunde Komponenten und Lösungen für die Elektroinstallationstechnik.Die Aufgabe:Gesamtverantwortung für die weltweite Technologieorganisation inklusive R&D, Produktmanagement und Projektmanagement mit in Summe ca. 100 FTEEntwicklung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten Technologie- und InnovationsstrategieTransformation vom Komponentenhersteller zum Systemanbieter mit applikationsspezifischer LösungskompetenzStrategische Weiterentwicklung des PortfoliosEtablierung effizienter, silo-freier Kollaborationsmodelle zwischen Vertrieb, R&D, PM und PMO.Steuerung internationaler Entwicklungsprojekte unter Berücksichtigung regionaler Markt- und BranchenunterschiedeImplementierung moderner Entwicklungs- und Innovationsmethoden zur Sicherstellung einer hohen time-to-market-Geschwindigkeit und Kundenzentrierung in allen EntwicklungsprozessenEinführung relevanter KPI zur Steuerung der TechnologieorganisationDas Profil:Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarMehrjährige Top-Management-Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld (bevorzugt Elektroinstallationstechnik, Elektronik, Connectivity, Automatisierung)Beruflicher Hintergrund im Umfeld größerer, mittelständisch geprägter und produzierender UnternehmenNachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung eines vergleichbaren Bereichs (z.B.
