Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt rekrutieren wir einen

Customer Service Coordinator (w/m/d)
(Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation, Bürokaufmann, Industriekaufmann, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann o. ä.)

in Vollzeit (40 Wochenstunden) am Standort Essen.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns im Team

  • Tägliche Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam
  • Die Annahme von Kundenbestellungen (telefonisch, via Mail, per Fax)
  • Die Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen im ERP-System
  • Die Bearbeitung aller Kundenanfragen rund um die Themen Bestellung, Sendungsverbleib und Rechnungen
  • Die Klärung von Reklamationen
  • Die Pflege und Verwaltung von Kundendaten im ERP-System.

Unsere Erwartungen an Sie

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich absolviert
  • Sie bringen erste relevante Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position (vorzugsweise aus der Luxusgüterindustrie) mit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Den täglichen Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden schätzen Sie
  • Es fällt Ihnen leicht mit einem ERP-System umzugehen, sowie täglich die MS Office-Programme (Excel, Word und PowerPoint) sehr gut anzuwenden
  • Ihr ausgeprägter Servicegedanke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus
  • Ihr hohes Maß an Eloquenz gepaart mit Freundlichkeit runden Ihr Profil perfekt ab.
