About Our Client

Our client is a leading European Blockchain services company, looking to rapidly expand its services and offerings. To accelerate the ambitious growth plans, I am looking for a Chief Sales Officer (m/f/d) Blockchain B2B, who is both a successful salesperson, yet who also possesses strong managerial skills to boost team performance. The candidate must be based in Europe, ideally in Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, London, or ready to travel weekly to these regions where the sales team members are located.

Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, leading a team of approximately 10 Blockchain representatives and account managers
  • Defining the team's vision & mission, and implement a clear and measurable strategy to achieve it
  • Set clear sales targets & monitor progress
  • Provide ongoing training & guidance to inspire excellence
  • Help each consultant develop their customer portfolios, with an equally strong focus on repeat business as well as new business
  • Develop and manage an own customer portfolio, leading by example
  • Thrive when leading important client negotiations

The Successful Applicant

  • Sales background in Blockchain industry, with a B2B focus (e.g. selling Blockchain services, alternatively Blockchain products or sponsorships)
  • Strong personal sales track record
  • Management experience as a sales manager / sales director
  • Passion for Blockchain and Web3
  • Fluent English, additional languages are helpful
  • Strong commercial sense, and ability to work under pressure while remaining positive and spreading good vibes across the team
  • Must be based in Europe, ideally in Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, London or be ready to travel regularly to these locations
