As a Senior Practice Manager at AWS, you will be responsible for building and leading a practice of Professional Services Consultants working with customers and partners to sell and deliver innovative solutions. You will create and manage opportunities with your team of sales focused Enterprise Service Managers and Customer Delivery Architects. driving business development initiatives and meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
You will collaborate with AWS training and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use AWS services.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Deep understanding of data center, cloud computing, adoption strategy and transition challenges and experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services
Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills in consulting team leader role
International sales and delivery experience with global F500 enterprise customers and partners
AWS cloud services experience and certification
