Senior Practice Manager Professional Services

As a Senior Practice Manager at AWS, you will be responsible for building and leading a practice of Professional Services Consultants working with customers and partners to sell and deliver innovative solutions. You will create and manage opportunities with your team of sales focused Enterprise Service Managers and Customer Delivery Architects. You will work closely with partner teams; driving business development initiatives and meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
You will build relationships with customers, collaborate with sales leaders and engineering teams to create cross-functional teams both internally and externally to develop strong customer and partner relationships while building a growing the business in your practice. You will collaborate with AWS training and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use AWS services.
You will build high performing teams of consultants with excellent sales skills, technical depth, and innovative customer relationship skills, all while encouraging career focused progression including capabilities of AWS.
You are a people person who likes to get involved and work for customers through your teams and direct engagement and you travel to your customers as needed. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Work/Life Balance

- Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills in consulting team leader role
- International sales and delivery experience with global F500 enterprise customers and partners
- AWS cloud services experience and certification.
