Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)Als Full-Service-Dienstleister im Bereich der digitalen Medien erstellen wir Weblösungen für Medienhäuser mit derzeit über 200 SaaS-Lösungen für unsere Kunden im DACH-Raum.
Was dich erwartet:- Du bist im IT Support die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Medienhauskunden und unserer Technik und übernimmst die Kommunikation via E-Mail, Telefon, Teams, etc.
- Du nimmst Tickets entgegen und läßt Change-Requests pokern
- Du erstellst Angebote für unsere Kunden und schulst sie in der Anwendung unserer Softwarelösungen
- Du verfolgst interne Aufgaben und stellst sicher, dass Umsetzungen erfolgreich getestet werden
- Du pflegst Dokumentationen und Bestandsdaten, um eine verlässliche Basis für Projekte zu schaffen
- Ein marktführendes Produktportfolio mit vielen zufriedenen Kunden und überdurchschnittlichen Wachstumschancen
- Ein tolles Team mit netten Kollegen, Start-up-Atmosphäre und offene und ehrliche Kommunikation herrschen

- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung , bevorzugt in der IT, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen Office Programmen und CRM-Systemen mit
- Kundenorientiertes Handeln und eine Hands-on Mentalität zeichnet dich aus
- Deine Affinität zu IT-Themen und webbasierten Lösungen runden dein Profil ab
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
