- Sie unterstützen uns bei der vollständigen Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie termingerechten Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung
- Sie bearbeiten alle damit zusammenhängenden administrativen Aufgaben und unterstützen bei der Optimierung von internen HR-Prozessen
- Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner für alle abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen unserer Mitarbeitenden, Krankenkassen, Behörden und unseres Steuerberaters
- Sie übernehmen die Administration unserer Personalmanagementsoftware (perbit), Erstellung von Abfragen und Liste Ihr Profil:
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
- Sie besitzen aktuelle Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs-, Steuer- und Arbeitsrecht
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere MS-Excel
- Sie haben einen hohe Zahlenaffinität und arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert und sorgfältig
