Unterstützung von interdisziplinären, internationalen Projektteams (Project Office)
Support der erfahrenen Projektmanager:innen bei der Ergebnis-, Termin- und Budgetsteuerung ihrer Projekte, von der Projektidee über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
Begleitung des Projektmanagementteams bei der Planung, Steuerung und beim Controlling von Kosten, Inhalten, Aufgaben, Ergebnissen, Terminen und externen Dienstleistern
Vorbereitung von Projektdokumentationen und -präsentationen sowie Aktualisierung und Statusreporting in der unternehmensweiten Projektmanagement-Software
Unterstützung beim stetigen Austausch und partnerschaftlichem Handeln zur Sicherstellung der Projekt-Stakeholder-Zufriedenheit sowie bei der Erarbeitung von Lösungsszenarien im Falle von Abweichungen
Mithilfe bei der Weiterentwicklung des Projektmanagementstandards und Mitarbeit in der globalen Projektmanagement-Community
Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und den Wunsch, in die Projektmanagementkarriere einzusteigen
Erste Weiterbildung in Bezug auf Projektmanagement wie z. B. Projektmanagementzertifizierung
Grundkenntnisse in (Multi-) Projektmanagementwerkzeugen wie MS Project, Planisware, Jira, Azure DevOps o. Ä.
Deutsch und Englisch auf konversationssicherem Niveau
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher weltweiter Reisetätigkeit
