Deine Mission

Als Teamlead People Operations (m/w/x) bei sevDesk übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Unternehmen, berichtest direkt an den VP People & Culture und bist für die Leitung des People Operations Teams verantwortlich. Deine Verantwortung umfasst die Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Strategien und -Initiativen. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team wirst du unsere Kernprozesse weiter vorantreiben, optimieren und standardisieren, um die Effizienz zu steigern und die Mitarbeiter-Erfahrung zu verbessern.

Hier bist du dabei

  • Du leitest und entwickelst das People Operations Team fachlich und disziplinarisch, mit dem Ziel, eine hohe Arbeitsqualität und einwandfreie Arbeitsabläufe zu gewährleisten
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Effektivität und Effizienz relevanter HR-Prozesse und -Abläufe im Bereich People Operations während des gesamten Employee Lifecycles, unter Einhaltung aller Arbeitsrechtsvorschriften und -richtlinien
  • Als Ansprechperson für komplexe personalbezogene Fragen und Herausforderungen unterstützt du das Team bei der Lösungsfindung und berätst bei Bedarf
  • Du steuerst teamübergreifende Personalprojekte und verantwortest Prozesse und systemische Umstellungen, u.a. im Bereich Compensation & Benefits sowie unserer Mitarbeiterbeteiligung mittels VSOPs
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem HR Business Partner, Legal&Finance, HR-Controlling und dem P&C Lead Team zusammen

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Human Resources oder einem verwandten Fachbereich
  • Du bringst mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich People Operations, hast einschlägige Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, der Sozialversicherung und des Steuerrechts und hast bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im internationalen und dynamischen (Technologie-)Umfeld und nachweislich Erfolge in der Umsetzung von HR-Strategie
  • Deine ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fertigkeiten ergänzen die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren, zu coachen und zu entwickeln
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Unser Headquarter und etwa 70 % unserer Mitarbeiter befinden sich in der Nähe von Offenburg, Deutschland. Eine regelmäßige Anwesenheit dort ist erforderlich
