Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:
Weiterentwicklung der datenbasierten Performancesteuerung unserer Vertriebskanäle Durchführung von Datenanalysen, Interpretation der Ergebnisse und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
Entwicklung von Datenvisualisierungen und operatives Datenmanagement für die Steuerung unserer Vertriebsregionen
Ansprechpartner des Sales Managements für Ad-Hoc-Analysen und Unterstützung bei datengetriebenen Fragestellungen
Erstellung von Business Cases sowie entsprechenden Entscheidungsvorlagen
Unsere Erwartungen an Dich:
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Statistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im B2C Performance Management, unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine hohe Zahlenaffinität Starke konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, Umsetzungsstärke und ausgeprägter Pragmatismus Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau) erforderlich
