Your missionThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable transportation through strategic partnerships in the EV charging domain. As a Partner Manager within our dynamic interdisciplinary Mobility Service Provider (MSP) team, your mission will be to work together with our charging network partners to deliver the best charging experience for our users.
In this role, you will:- Manage relationships with our existing Charge Point Operator (CPO) partners, focusing on commercial and quality improvements and ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Lead geographical expansion of the network within your market domain and onboarding of new partners to it
- Set up and (re-)negotiate cooperation / framework agreements with our CPO partners
- Monitor partner performance against established KPIs and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
- Lead creation and implementation of market strategies for your geographical domain, including a comprehensive overview of market conditions and competitor activity
- React to changes in your market domain by proposing, drafting, and pitching new concepts
- Work with our product, operations, customer care and marketing teams to deliver new initiatives, increasing user experience in the public charging domain
- Contribute to department's strategy development
- You hold an academic degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Your written and verbal communication skills in English are excellent. Additional languages such as German or French would be advantageous
- You have several years experience in Partner Management, Sales, Business Development, or Project Management, preferably in the EV charging or e-mobility industry
- You have a proven track record of successfully establishing and managing complex partnerships and driving growth through collaborative initiatives as well as the ability to structure multiple work streams effectively.
- Your skill set should include advanced negotiations and influencing skills, along with a deep understanding of financial metrics, data analytics, and contract management
- You are able to articulate technical concepts and business value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- You are a creative & strategic thinker with a data-driven i.e. fact-based approach to decision-making and a passion for innovation
