As a team member of the Mercedes-Benz App Family, you will be part of the digital division of Mercedes-Benz AG. Mercedes-Benz Digital is an initiative of the Marketing, Sales and IT departments that actively shape and drive the digital transformation.
We are a dynamic and motivated team consisting of a mix of diverse personalities with different educational backgrounds such as economics, UX design, growth, business informatics and analytics professionals. Our task is to create an inspiring experience for our customers in the Mercedes-Benz apps. To do this, we get to know our customers better every day, explore their needs, wishes and ideas and translate these into an excellent user experience.

As part of our agile team, you will support us with the following tasks, among others
Collaboration in the operational & strategic business of the Mercedes-Benz App Family Analysis and evaluation of customer feedback Supporting the performance monitoring of the Mercedes-Benz App Family Creation, preparation and follow-up of reports for top management, the Customer Functions Owners and the App Family Product Owners Support in conducting customer studies and UX improvements for the Mercedes-Benz App Family portfolio Support in the creation and tracking of marketing content Independent preparation of content for internal communication Preparation of complex content in PowerPoint Support in the planning, organization and implementation of events such as workshops, meetings, etc. QualifikationenQualifications:
In order for you to be able to carry out the tasks mentioned, we value the following qualifications Degree course: Economics (business administration, economics), marketing, computer science, business informatics, media informatics, mobile media, user experience or a comparable degree with a focus on business administration or IT Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken German and English IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office, a solid basic understanding of IT and a willingness to learn a lot of new things Interest and initial experience in working with apps and app stores (Apple and Android) Personal skills: Initiative, analytical as well as conceptual skills, communication and teamwork skills. Good time management and structured work will support you Other: Great interest in conducting and evaluating customer studies, understanding of front-end analytics and preparation of reports as well as regular exchange with colleagues or external partnersAdditional information:
