The MB.CO (Mercedes-Benz Customer Operations) Projects & Implementation team in Sales Operations (MS/SO) is responsible for the implementation of digital products along the core process 2 of Mercedes-Benz AG. Core Process 2 is a central component for Mercedes-Benz - from planning to the delivery of vehicles to our customers.

Diversity and different perspectives and skills make the difference. The team consists of process experts, product owners, data engineers and data scientists. We use state-of-the-art technologies and work with international project partners from various divisions (MS, SC, QM, IP, MP, IT). We are passionate about digital transformation.Your tasks:
Active participation in the day-to-day business of the Mercedes-Benz Customer Operations (MB.CO) digitalization project by providing technical and methodological support to agile teams within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Supporting the role of the Product Owner in managing requirements in product development and as a link between the specialist departments and the project team. Supporting the role of the Scrum Master in the preparation and follow-up of agile ceremonies and the design of new cross-departmental and internal formats. Independent implementation of regular meetings and workshops to improve internal project structures. Collaboration in the preparation of complex topics for communication in cross-departmental decision-making bodies. Contributing to the development and implementation of digital solutions, methods and interfaces. Collaboration in an interdisciplinary project environment with contact to other departments. Collaboration with internal and external service providers. Analysis and identification of existing processes and systems and associated process optimizations.We work with agile project methods in a strong team that offers opportunities to try out new methods and get to know different areas of the company. QualifikationenQualifications:
