Your responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic working student to join our Digital Finance team. In this team, we are enabling Finance change, in collaboration with the 700+ Digital Finance Community. This role will support events within Finance focusing on knowledge sharing and digital upskilling. This role is ideal for a student currently studying communications, marketing, or a related field, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in event planning and people upskilling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including online events, product launches and community sessions
  • Support the event planning and design of knowledge sharing sessions as well as communications to the Digital Finance community, such as Knowledge Hub content and blog articles
  • Support the team in creating promotional materials and internal content for events
  • Help manage event organisation, timelines and logistics
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative event ideas

Your profile


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, using collaboration technology like SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive would be a prerequisite
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation is a plus
  • ⁠Since we operate internationally, fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; German is an advantage
  • Previous experience in event planning or co-ordination is preferred but not required
