Your Role

We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic student to support our Digital Finance team. This position will facilitate Finance transformation in collaboration with our extensive Digital Finance Community. The role will focus on organizing events that promote knowledge sharing and digital skill enhancement. Ideal candidates are those pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline, and are eager to gain practical experience in event management and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing a variety of events, including virtual gatherings, product unveilings, and community engagement sessions.
  • Support the design and organization of knowledge-sharing sessions, as well as communications to the Digital Finance community, such as content for the Knowledge Hub and blog posts.
  • Aid the team in creating promotional materials and internal communications for events.
  • Help coordinate event logistics, timelines, and overall organization.
  • Conduct evaluations post-events to collect feedback and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative event concepts.

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive is essential.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation is advantageous.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
