Your Role

We are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic student to join our Digital Finance team. This role is pivotal in facilitating Finance transformation, collaborating with the extensive Digital Finance Community. You will assist in organizing events that emphasize knowledge sharing and digital skill enhancement. This position is perfect for a student pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline, who is eager to gain practical experience in event coordination and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the planning and execution of various events, including virtual gatherings, product unveilings, and community engagement sessions.
  • Assist in the design and organization of knowledge-sharing sessions and communications for the Digital Finance community, including content for the Knowledge Hub and blog articles.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials and internal communications for events.
  • Help manage event logistics, timelines, and overall organization.
  • Conduct evaluations post-events to gather feedback and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative event concepts.

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive is essential.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation is advantageous.
  • As we operate on an international scale, fluency in both written and spoken English is crucial; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
