  • Du verantwortest im After Sales die Koordination der Product Delivery unserer international ausgerichteten Bachelor- und Masterstudiengänge "myStudies" mit dem Ziel, unseren Studierenden die bestmögliche Customer Experience zu bieten.
  • Du überblickst die hybride Customer Journey von der Einschreibung über Lehrveranstaltungen bis Graduierung, und behältst die KPIs zur Messung des Produkterfolges im Blick.
  • Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden im Detail und agierst als strategische und beratende Schnittstelle zur Umsetzung von Kundenerlebnissen und Touchpoints, die begeistern.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Pre-Sales Product Management, dem Academic Program Management und verschiedenen Central Services (z.B. Student Service, Examination Service, Accounting) zusammen und koordinierst proaktiv die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du arbeitest agil, um höchste Kundenzufriedenheit zu erreichen und vertrittst die Bedürfnisse unserer Zielgruppe bei Entscheidungen ("Customer Advocate").

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Produktmanagement, Marketing/Customer Experience oder Management.
  • Du warst bereits im Produktmanagement oder CX-Umfeld tätig und hast nachweislich das Serviceerlebnis komplexer Produkte für internationale Kunden optimiert, z.B. in den Bereichen Retail, Hotellerie/Touristik oder International Education.
  • Du verstehst Dich als strategischer Consultant für deine Schnittstellen, bringst hierzu idealerweise Erfahrung aus der Beratung mit und hast Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Top Management.
  • Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit Kundenfeedback und nutzt Deine ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten zur Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Projektmanagement Skills, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge einfach darzustellen.
  • Du bringst laterale Führungserfahrung mit und kannst deine Durchsetzungsstärke gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern unter Beweis stellen.
  • Du bringst fließende Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse mit.
