We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and to develop subscription-based products within our SaaS platform “brainsuite”. The Product Manager will work closely with experts from various teams, including R&D, UX, Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales, to shape product features and define relevant KPIs to measure and optimize the effectiveness of advertising assets at the heart of each product. This position requires strong communication and analytical skills, a background in product management, and a passion for creating innovative products that drive business growth.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and manage subscription-based products within aimpower’s SaaS platform “brainsuite” in line with the long-term product strategy set by top management.
  • Take ownership of your products’ roadmaps
  • Shape product features to ensure they meet the needs of our target audience and deliver value to customers.
  • Define relevant KPIs to measure the effectiveness of advertising assets in context of the product, and continuously monitor and optimize your products’ performance.
  • Work closely with experts from R&D, CMI, UX, Development, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales to ensure a cohesive and successful product development process.
  • Put yourself in the customer’s shoes to build product solutions with the highest impact
  • Validate concepts and features through an iterative process of product discovery and experimentation.
  • Work with our CMI team to gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform product enhancements and new feature development.
  • Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including product requirements and specifications
  • Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
About you:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly proactive and a problem solver with a strong sense of customer empathy, caring deeply about the customer experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What we consider a plus:

  • Background in digital marketing, social media, or eCommerce.
  • Experience in a growth startup environment where you have shaped the long-term strategy of the product, but also worked hands-on (building the product from the ground up)
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS company
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
