Digital transformation is a top priority in the development of Mercedes-Benz into a networked mobility provider. The IT Marketing/Sales department is a digital unit. For the customer dialog of tomorrow, we implement innovative and tangible digital products to support global marketing and sales activities.
During your internship, you will support the communications team of the Vice President ITS Mercedes-Benz Cars. The team orchestrates, creates and is responsible for global, integrated communication for the division. This ranges from classic internal communication to modern communication campaigns. You will make an active contribution to the implementation of targeted communication. At the same time, you will create content that is effective for the target group and actively support communication activities and the division's internal change process.
You will face these challenges:
Preparation and follow-up of workshops for the management team Collaboration in internal communications management for the Vice President ITS Mercedes-Benz Cars Content preparation and graphic editing of documents and presentations Pre-planning and preparing the content of decisions, conferences and meetings for top management Cross-functional cooperation with overarching specialist departments and external partners (e.g. agencies) Support in day-to-day operations Qualifikationen Degree in communication or media studies, business administration, economics with a specialization in communication, marketing or a comparable course of study Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, copywriting skills are a plus Confident handling of MS Office, basic experience in Adobe Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing programs as well as in modern communication media (social media, moving images) Commitment Ability to work in a team Analytical mindset and strategic way of working Conceptual and creative thinking skills High motivation and flexibility Initiative and ability to work under pressure Intercultural understanding, enjoy teamwork and organizational skills Driving license class B desirableAdditional information:
