The IT Infrastructure & Cross Functions division delivers cutting-edge technologies for Mercedes-Benz. We are responsible for the planning, provision and operation of IT services for all MB divisions and drive our business units
in the areas of Multi-Cloud & Connectivity Services, Next Gen Enterprise Collaboration and Advanced Software Engineering Experiences. The Strategy & People Team as part of the Executive Office (ITT/E) is the driver and enabler of the entire ITT organization to shape the overall strategy as well as the recruitment and retention of employees.


In addition, all communication activities of the ITT business unit are anchored in our team, as our team acts as an interface between the end users of tech products and the ITT business units. With our team, we want to support the entire ITT to become the most desirable place to work by taking big steps towards our common vision.

We are looking for a creative and motivated intern to join our ITT Strategy & People team. In this internship you will have the opportunity to deepen your skills in the creation of various graphic formats, taking into account the ITT Branding Guidelines as well as the Mercedes-Benz guidelines. You will be involved in graphic creation, video creation, branding creation for various projects as well as creative work.


Your tasks in detail:

You will implement your creative ideas and know-how by taking on the creative development of Communication concepts for our target groups You will develop your own branding for various brands and projects You will conceive and create appealing graphics, videos and designs in line with the corporate design You will design and create banners, posters, documents (e.g. master slides) and other internal communication measures Communication measures for social intranet, mailings, presentations and print You will also work with us to design and organize internal events and their media support Qualifikationen Degree in media communication, marketing, (graphic) design or a comparable course of study Confident handling of common graphics programs (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) Creativity and a good eye for aesthetics Independent working style and high motivation Good knowledge of German and English
