Mercedes-Benz Connectivity Services creates digital solutions of the future that help B2B customers to increase their process quality and efficiency, improve customer experiences, operate more sustainably or develop new business models. The basis for this is data collected in real time from measuring points and signals inside and outside Mercedes-Benz vehicles worldwide. This data is used to generate added value for products and processes in companies in a wide range of industries. Responsibility for an outstanding customer experience together with the sales team and active collaboration to continuously increase customer satisfaction Independent involvement in international sales projects to generate sales Support in various customer journey projects (process optimization and data quality in the CRM system) Active interface between customer, sales and the billing department Independent coordination of customer onboarding in pre- and after-sales Support in day-to-day operationsAdditional information:
Location: Stuttgart-Vaihingen Start: from July 4 (summer/winter semester 4) Duration: 6 months ( hours/week) QualifikationenIdeally, you should have:
Degree in business administration, economics or a comparable course of study Good understanding of business contexts and current trends in digitalization Strong customer and service orientation and consulting skills Initiative, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team High degree of creativity, pioneering spirit and implementation strength as well as solution orientation (can-do mindset) Very high level of commitment and flexibility Very good written and spoken German and English skillsWe offer more than just employment.
