Ihre Herausforderung
Controlling einer Business Unit auf Gesellschaftsebene in Deutschland mit dem Fokus auf Umsatz, Standardmarge und Personal- und Sachkosten Operative Kostenstellen- und Profitcenterplanung in SAP auf Basis von Zielvorgaben sowie Abstimmung und Eingabe der Absatz-Umsatz-Planung für Partnergesellschaften Monatliche Plan-Vorschau-Ist Analyse inklusive Erläuterung der Abweichungen im Rahmen der vom Konzern definierten Deadlines sowie Präsentation der Ergebnisse vor dem Management Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen der legalen Einheit; Beantwortung Fragen der Wirtschafts- und Steuerprüfer bzgl. Buchungen und Geschäftsvorfällen Identifizierung, Berechnung und Kommunikation von Chancen und Risiken für das Ergebnis (Umsatz, Marge und Kosten) für Planung und Vorschau Erstellung und Eingabe einer monatlichen Vorschau für die Business Unit in Abstimmung mit den Controlling-Verantwortlichen der Legal Entity und der Region Sparringspartner und Unterstützung für den Fachbereich bei kaufmännischen Fragestellungen; Erstellung von ad-hoc Analysen für das Controlling- und dem Fachbereichsmanagement Bearbeitung administrativer Prozesse und Unterstützung Fachbereiche, z.B. Einkaufsaufträge, Kreditmanagement und Bonus
Ihr Profil
Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Business Unit Controlling eines internationalen Konzerns Fachkompetenz:Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO und BWGute Kenntnisse in SAP SD, MM, BPS, BPC, SACFortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere in MS-Excel Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Persönlichkeit:Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine hohe Affinität für ZahlenKonfliktfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
