About the team:
The SAP LABS BERLIN Team orchestrates and guides the execution of SAP’s Labs Network Strategy with the local Berlin & Potsdam Chapter striving for the best operating SAP Lab. We strengthen SAP's position as a pioneer and innovation driver in and around Berlin and with relevant stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Labs Berlin Intern (f/m/d) – Support Experience Center & Operations Berlin
Work Area: Corporate Operations
Location: Berlin
Expected start date: November 2024
As part of the the Labs Berlin Co-MD & COO Team, your goal will be to maximize SAP’s visibility within the customer engagement of Berlin, supporting customer meetings and operational support of the Experience Center Berlin.
In this role, you’ll:
Own the end-to-end visitor experience and are expected to:
- Manage end-to-end logistics as a briefing consultant to ensure a seamless experience
- Provide high-level SAP story as part of the welcome experience
- Ability to be a storyteller for the Inspire Area in the Experience Center Berlin
- Organize customer and partner events with 50+ participants
- Manage operational processes/ tasks with GRF & IT
- Fulfill other tasks as assigned
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- You are an enrolled student in the advanced phase of a bachelor's degree program, or in a master's degree program with a focus on project management, communication, business administration, management
- You have gained first practical experiences, preferably in sales and pre-sales roles, operations, project management and event management
- You are fluent in German and English
- You feel confident in holding presentations in front of customers
- You can break down complex problems and confidently manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Internship period: 6 months, full time availability starting November 2024

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
