A day in the life
Du trägst im Wesentlichen die Verantwortung für einen gesamten Logistikstandort. Du leitest Teams, verfolgst die Standortleistung und suchst fortwährend nach Möglichkeiten, das Kundenerlebnis zu verbessern. Das bedeutet, dass Du die täglichen Betriebsabläufe an Deinem Standort unmittelbar beobachtest und gleichzeitig auch zu neuen Innovationsmöglichkeiten beiträgst.
Ein typischer Arbeitstag umfasst die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, eingehende Untersuchungen der Leistungs- und Risikokennzahlen für Standorte sowie die Vorbereitung auf unterschiedliche Nachfragevolumen. Du bietest Deinem Team Mentoring und Coaching, um hervorragende Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
