Then we encourage you to join our DACH regional customer success management team in Bad Homburg, driving growth and adoption with our Travel Agency customers, aiming for excellence, taking responsibility, working together and putting our customers first. 

Interesting But what´s my mission?

You can make a difference by taking responsibility for understanding the needs and constraints of high-value Travel Agency customers and then promoting early adoption and usage of Amadeus solutions to derive maximum value for the customer.

You are promoting renewals and expansion of existing accounts by identifying new opportunities. To achieve this, you love establishing relationship and communicating across all management level and ensure customers are satisfied with their Amadeus solutions. I.e., you build credibility with customers and internal teams by applying your in-depth travel agency IT knowhow and uncover needs and opportunities for new solutions.

About the ideal candidate

You are a Travel Industry professional with a university degree and have at least 5 years’ experience working with Business and Leisure Travel Agencies.

You have a deep and proven understanding of Travel Agency IT solutions and have a strong business acumen and a desire for customer´s success

You are a team player and care about the team success

You are comfortable taking a proactive approach in a complex environment and building strong bonds with primary customers

You speak German as well as English fluently
