Senior Associate Client Success Manager (m/w/d) (m/w/d) / Vertrags-Manager (m/w/d) in der Region Hessen

Als Spezialist für Vertragsmanagement (m/w/d) bist Du als Teil unseres Vertragsmanagement-Teams verantwortlich für die Aushandlung, Strukturierung und Pflege von Vertragsdokumenten, mit Anbietern, Kunden und Partnern - im SDWAN Umfeld. Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Einheiten und Bereichen innerhalb des Unternehmens. Du kennst die Verträge im Detail, klärst inhaltliche Fragen und unterstützt bei der Vertragsauslegung.

Die wichtigsten Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten:

  • Du berätst und unterstützt das Vertragsmanagement-Team während der Akquisitionsphase bei Angebotserstellungen, internen Freigaben und Vertragsverhandlungen.

  • Du überblickst den gesamten Vertragsprozess, planst steuerst und kontrollierst die Arbeitsabläufe.

  • Nach Abschluss der Verträge bist du verantwortlich für deren Administration und Steuerung sowie der fristgerechten Abrechnung der Verträge.

  • Zu den regelmäÃigen administrativen Aufgaben gehört auch die Verantwortung für die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit der Vertragsinformationen und -daten sowie das Prüfen, ob alle Unterdokumente der Verträge enthalten sind und ob alle Details ausgefüllt wurden.

  • Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Einheiten und Bereichen innerhalb des Unternehmens (Legal, Delivery, Sales, Finance, Tax, Risk Management etc.).

  • Du pflegst Vertragsübersichten und stellst ein systematisches Dokumentenmanagement sicher.

  • Du unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung eines exzellenten Vertragsmanagements, inklusive der Mitgestaltung von Vertragsrichtlinen, Prozessen, Templates und Tools.

  • Eine ausgezeichnete Kundenorientierung.

  • Die Fähigkeit, solide Beziehungen zu internen und externen Interessengruppen aufzubauen.

  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Fähigkeiten.

  • gute Excel-Kenntnisse.

  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse.

Akademische Qualifikationen und Zeugnisse:

  • Abschluss eines Grundstudiums ist von Vorteil.

  • Der Abschluss einer ITIL-Zertifizierung ist nice to have.

Berufserfahrung

  • Nachgewiesene, mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem verwandten Umfeld.

Erforderliche Erfahrung:

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer verwandten Umgebung für technologische Dienstleistungen.
