(Senior) Manager Procurement (m/w/d)
Das FIDELIUM TASKFORCE TEAM ist ein hochprofessionelles Team von Experten, die einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Wertsteigerung unserer Portfoliounternehmen leisten. Von der Due Diligence bis zur Pre-Exit-Phase unterstützt das Taskforce Team maßgeblich bei der Restrukturierung unserer Portfoliounternehmen und schafft so einen nachhaltigen Mehrwert für unsere Unternehmen.
Dank ihrer analytischen Herangehensweise, ihrer ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise und ihres unternehmerischen Denkens sind die Mitglieder des Teams in der Lage, auch die komplexesten Veränderungsprozesse mit Fingerspitzengefühl und entscheidender Geschwindigkeit zu steuern. AufgabenAls unverzichtbares Mitglied unseres Teams spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Unterstützung unserer Portfoliounternehmen, sei es bei Bestandsunternehmen oder bei neuen Akquisitionen. Ihr Fokus liegt dabei auf der Optimierung und Neuausrichtung des Einkaufs.
- Durchführung von strategischen Analysen zu Materialgruppen, Beschaffungsmärkten und technischen Spezifikationen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung umfassender Sourcing-Strategien für unsere Portfoliounternehmen.
- Implementierung effizienter Beschaffungsprozesse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung zur Erreichung optimaler Effizienz- und Qualitätsstandards.
- Leitung von erfolgreichen Vertragsverhandlungen, um vorteilhafte Vereinbarungen bezüglich Kosten, Qualität und Lieferzeiten zu erzielen.
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Lieferantenverhandlungen sowie jährlichen Gesprächen zur langfristigen Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit.
- Aktive Teilnahme an Projekten zur Optimierung der Beschaffungswege und zur Effizienzsteigerung des Working Capitals.
- Unterstützung des Investment Teams bei der Prüfung von Beteiligungsmöglichkeiten im Rahmen der Due Diligence.
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches/technisches Studium und/oder gleichwertige Ausbildung/Studium mit vertieften betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen
- Mindestens 3-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in leitender Position im Bereich Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management eines Industrieunternehmens oder einer Beratungsfirma
- Unternehmerisches Mindset mit der Bereitschaft, Entscheidungen zu treffen (schnell, pragmatisch, nachhaltig), kombiniert mit absoluter "Hands on“ Mentalität und "out of the box" Denken
- Professionelle und zielgruppenspezifische Kommunikation und Präsentation von komplexen Sachverhalten
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Mobilität (ab Tag 1 in unseren Beteiligungen vor Ort, europaweit)
- Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und einer weiteren Sprache (vorzugsweise Englisch oder Französisch)
- Erste Private Equity Erfahrung von Vorteil
