Wir bieten Dir die Möglichkeit einen direkten Einblick in das M&A und Real Estate Geschäft von Vitesco Technologies zu erlangen und unser Team in Schwalbach (bei Frankfurt/Main) bei der Umsetzung von nationalen und internationalen Transaktionsprojekten zu unterstützen. 

Deine Mission:

️Unterstützung des Teams bei laufenden M&A und Real Estate Projekten sowie der dazugehörigen Projektvorbereitung

️Durchführung von umfassenden Markt- und Branchenanalysen sowie die Auswertung von Marktinformationen

️Mitwirkung bei strategischen und finanziellen Analysen und Bewertungen von potenziellen Akquisitionszielen sowie von zum Verkauf stehenden Geschäftseinheiten (Divestments)

️Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von M&A Transaktionen inklusive Prozessmanagement, Koordination der Due Diligence sowie der Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen

️Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Briefings für Top-Management, Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat

Weiterentwicklung von internen Datenbanken und Tools 

Deine Talente:

️Fundierte Kenntnisse in Corporate Finance und / oder Management erlangt durch ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder vergleichbares Hochschulstudium 

️Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Finanzen, M&A oder Real Estate durch ein Praktikum im Investmentbanking, bei Transaktionsdienstleistern oder in der Beratung / im Audit

️Ausgeprägte EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office

️Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

️Exzellentes Zahlenverständnis sowie sehr gute analytische Problemlösungsfähigkeiten

️Teamgeist und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
