**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**

**-Development and management of financial models, including underwritings for various acquisitions, market research, detailed property assessment and preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees**

**-Support due diligence processes and deal execution**

**-Support initial deal analysis and review of new investment strategies**

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

**-Bachelor / Master degree required with focus on Real Estate or Banking and Finance**

**-Proficient in MS Office especially strong in excel**

**-Excellent English and German working proficiency**

**-Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability**

**-Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to convey complex data in an easy, concise and simple manner**

**-Self-starter and intellectually curious who pays attention to detail**
