ANDERS Consulting sucht für unseren langjährigen Kunden, die ZAR Real Estate Holding, den Head of Asset Management Wohnen (m/w/d) für den weiteren Aufbau des Teams im Headquater München zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Die ZAR Real Estate Holding ist ein deutschlandweit operierender Investor in Wohnbestände und vollintegrierter Entwickler für Immobilienprojekte mit hohem Wertschöpfungspotential. Die ZAR Holding zählt mit derzeit 11.000 verwalteter Wohneinheiten zu den großen Bestandsinvestoren in Deutschland und mit derzeit 11 bedeutenden Projekten mit ca. 700.000 m2 Bruttogrundfläche in der Entwicklung zu den Top Immobilienentwicklern Deutschlands.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Performance des überregionalen Immobilienportfolios mit aktuell über 11.000 Wohneinheiten in Deutschland.
  • Aufbau und Führen des Real Estate Asset Management Teams und Management des weiteren Ausbaus der Wohnbestände auf bis zu 100.000 Wohneinheiten.
  • Auftraggeber Funktion für externe Dienstleister, insbesondere das Property Management und Facility Management.
  • Erzielung attraktiver laufender Renditen und Hebung langfristigster Wertsteigerungspotentiale im Rahmen eines professionellen Lebenszyklusmanagements.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der ESG-Immobilienstrategie für Wohnungsbestände in Deutschland mit dem Ziel der EU-Taxonomie Konformität.
Qualifikation
  • Ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium mit Immobilienbezug (Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, o. Ä).
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre relevante praktische Erfahrung mit Immobilienmanagement im deutschen Wohnimmobilienmarkt mit nachweisbarem Erfolg in den Branchen Vermietung und Wertsteigerung.
  • Mehrjährige fachliche und disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung für Asset Management Teams.
  • Begeisterung für das Themenfeld Nachhaltigkeit und ESG.
  • Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen, Organisationstalent sowie Teamfähigkeit.
