**As **Head of Asset Management/ Asset Management Director you will be responsible for**:

- Building Tion’s inhouse commercial asset management team
- Leading the active management of Tion’s portfolio of onshore wind, solar PV and battery storage projects across Europe
- Development, integration, and operation of a technical monitoring platform for Tion’s active and future portfolio
- Coordination of external asset management service providers including regular calls, day-to-day alignments and support required decision making for the managing directors
- Ensuring an excellent and professional asset onboarding process and construction management of new assets acquired by Tion
- Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders and building relationships with asset managers and other contractors
- Compliance and claim supervision of all relevant project contracts (in close collaboration with external service providers)
- Coordination of the asset specific budgets and liquidity plannings (including cash upstreaming recommendations and executions)
- Close collaborations with other Tion departments regarding the overall budget and achievements of profitability goals
- The possibility to become Managing Director of selected SPVs

**For this role, ideally, you bring**:

- Significant work experience in the field of renewable energy asset management
- Experience in building and leading your own team
- A thorough understanding of energy markets (across Europe including subsidy schemes) and the overall project management of renewable energy assets
- Experience with LucaNet and technical monitoring platforms (such as GreenPowerMonitor, Bazefield, Greenbyte or others) is considered a plus
- The ability to clearly articulate results and insights
- Strong skills in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- The drive to take on responsibility and ownership
- Great passion and curiosity for accelerating the energy transition
- Detail-orientation and a passion to go below the surface of topics
- Motivation to have a lasting impact and an entrepreneurial and performance-driven mindset
- A structured way of working and a team player mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Polish is considered a plus
