Team Head of Real Estate Asset Management

-Our Real Estate team is a global investor and manager of real estate assets. The team consists of approximately 230 high performing and motivated employees across circa 20 cities globally.

- What role will you play?As the Head of Asset Management for Real Estate in Germany and Italy, you will represent the Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate Core/Core Plus portfolio in Europe, managing real estate asset management. You will have overall operational responsibility for diverse assets in the European real estate portfolio.
- What you offer- Expertise in real estate asset management sector and demonstratable track record of originating and leading large & complex leasing transactions.
- Understanding German and international valuation systematics
- Experience in managing people and workstreams will be vital in this role.
- A team player, ambitious, analytical, with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You will be Fluent in German and English. Knowledge of Italian would be an advantage.
