Für einen unserer Mandanten suchen wir einen Sales Manager (m/w/d) der aus dem Homeoffice agieren kann. Unser Mandant ist ein international tätiges, innovatives Familien-Unternehmen mit Sitz in Süddeutschland, das Grills, BBQ- und Grillzubehör entwickelt und erfolgreich vermarktet. Perfekte Qualität, überzeugende Funktionalität und nachhaltiges Design sind die wesentlichen Merkmale der Produktpalette. Ihr zukünftiges AufgabengebietVerantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der zu verantwortenden Märkte Aufbau bzw. Ausbau von Vertriebsstrukturen in den Kernmärkten DIY, Gartencenter bzw. GrillfachhandelSteuerung und Betreuung der Agenten bzw. Distributoren sowie Key Accounts in den MärktenAkquirieren von neuen KundenBeratungs- und Verkaufsgespräche vor Ort und auch auf MessenPflege von Kontakten und Kundenbeziehungen in den relevanten MärktenKommunikation mit allen relevanten Abteilungen im Unternehmen, um die entsprechenden Kundenwünsche zu bedienenErstellen von Soll-Ist-Analyse im Hinblick auf Umsatz, Absatz und Controlling der VertriebszieleMarkanalysen und Vertriebsstrategien der zu betreuenden Märkte Ihr ProfilBetriebswirtschaftliches StudiumBranchenerfahrung im DIY, Gartencenter bzw. Grillfachhandel wünschenswertNachweisbare Vertriebserfolge und Erfahrung als International Sales ManagerHervorragende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-OfficeErfahrung in der Erstellung und im Umgang mit MarktanalysenProblemlösungs- und VerhandlungskompetenzAusgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz mit der Fähigkeit Beziehungen zu unterschiedlichen Personen aufzubauenHohe ReisebereitschaftGute Fremdsprachenkompetenz; verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch sind erforderlich.
