Job Introduction

Im Januar hat die William Grant & Sons Deutschland GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg begonnen als eigene Vertriebsgesellschaft den deutschen Markt zu bearbeiten, wodurch unsere Kernmarken Hendricks Gin, Glenfiddich und Tullamore DEW, um nur einige zu nennen, zu den beliebtesten Marken im Premium-Spirituosen Segment weiterentwickelt werden sollen.

Main Responsibility

Wir suchen eine/n Gebietsverkaufsleiter/in Gastronomie / Business Development Executive On Trade (m/w/d) für das Gebiet Südwest (Karlsruhe/Freiburg/Stuttgart/Heidelberg) mit langjähriger Außendiensterfahrung in der Gastronomie, der in seinem Gebiet das William Grant & Sons Geschäft entwickeln, pflegen und ausbauen soll.

Du betreust und baust eigenständig den Kundenstamm im Verkaufsgebiet aus. Außerdem stärkst du die Marktposition des WG&S Portfolios im Verkaufsgebiet bei Bestands- und gewonnenen Neukunden. Dabei verfolgst du das Sicherstellen einer exzellenten Umsetzung in der Gastronomie gemäß vorgegebener Umsetzungsstandards. Zusätzlich stellst du sicher, dass die vorgegebenen Vertriebsziele erreicht werden und deine Besuche dokumentiert sind in unserem CRM System.

Our Ideal Candidate

Du verfügst über eine qualifizierte kaufmännische Ausbildung und mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Außendienst eines Markenartikel-Vertriebs – idealerweise in der Getränkebranche. Außerdem bist du kommunikations-, verhandlungs- und abschlusssicher sowie ergebnisorientiert, motiviert und engagiert. Es macht dir Freude im Team zu arbeiten und verfügst über gute Englisch- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie einen Führerschein der Klasse B. Die Größe des Verkaufsgebietes setzt eine hohe Reise- und Fahrbereitschaft voraus. Idealerweise befindet sich Dein Wohnort im oben beschriebenen Vertriebsgebiet.
