Deine Mission bei uns:

Als Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist (alle Geschlechter) bist du dafür verantwortlich, dass Lingoda rechtzeitig Zahlungen für ihre verschiedenen subscription-based Sprachdienste erhält und diese Transaktionen entsprechend verbucht. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört es, Zahlungseingänge zu überprüfen, zu buchen und eventuelle Unstimmigkeiten zu lösen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Prozessverantwortung und -optimierung: Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Optimierung finanzieller Prozesse. Reduzierung manueller Arbeit und Implementierung von automatisierten Lösungen. Zusammenarbeit mit in- und externen Stakeholdern, um eine nahtlose Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen Prüfung und Verarbeitung von ausgehenden Rechnungen  Regelmäßige Kontenabstimmung und Pflege offener Forderungen Finanzberichterstattung: Vorbereitung der Finanzberichte, -abschlüsse und -offenlegungen in Übereinstimmung mit Rechnungslegungsstandards und gesetzlichen Anforderungen Datenintegrität : Sicherstellung der Integrität und Genauigkeit von Finanzdaten durch Datenvalidierung, Abstimmung und Fehlerbehebung Compliance: Aktualität der Buchhaltungsvorschriften und -standards und die Sicherstellung, dass die finanziellen Operationen der Organisation allen relevanten Gesetzen und Vorschriften entsprechen Audit-Unterstützung: Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen durch Bereitstellung erforderlicher Dokumentation, Beantwortung von Anfragen und Unterstützung des Prüfungsprozesses

Das bringst du mit:

Bachelor-Abschluss in Buchhaltung, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich. CPA-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung Solides Verständnis von Finanz- und Rechnungslegungsgrundsätzen, -standards und -vorschriften Erfahrung mit Finanzsoftware ( ChargeBee, HubSpot) und ERP-Systemen ( DATEV) Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau Auge für das Detail, unterstützt durch die Fähigkeit zur schnellen Problemlösung in einem schnell wachsenden Geschäftsumfeld Kontaktfreudigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden und internen Teams sowie klare und effiziente Kommunikation Zukunftsorientierte Herangehensweise und die Bereitschaft, den Forderungsprozess von Lingoda zu verbessern
