Associate Director, Amazon Promotions – Audible

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible is seeking an experienced promotions lead to drive promotions and marketing initiatives as part of a global Audible on Amazon team. In this role, you'll leverage your deep promotions expertise to develop innovative campaigns that acquire new customers and promote Audible's products across Amazon's entertainment ecosystem.

You are numbers driven with a passion for promotions, and a proven track record of executing high-impact campaigns and hitting ambitious growth targets. Your forte is making data-driven decisions backed by rigorous analysis. You're a master negotiator who can strategize with peers and leadership to align on priorities. With top-notch project management skills, you'll plan and execute complex, cross-functional promotions seamlessly.

- Own the strategy and execution for Audible promotions across Amazon's digital subscription businesses (Prime, Music, Video, Kindle etc.), representing the Amazon perspective in Audible's global promotion planning process
- Project manage promotional execution with regional and global stakeholders across 11 marketplaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design, negotiate and implement innovative marketing strategies
- Drive a continuous feedback loop between promotion strategy, marketing execution and performance
- Present strategic recommendations to leadership backed by quantitative analysis
- Identify scaling opportunities and disseminate best practices across product/marketing teams
