ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Associate Director, Marketing Campaigns EU manages cross-country marketing projects, supporting various on-ground and online campaigns for EU brand and content marketing. They will regularly coordinate between not only teams in different marketplaces but also different functions like performance marketing, CRM, content, business etc. Projects will primarily be marketing campaigns with specific focuses on channels like digital media, social media, and on-ground/online activations for EU marketplaces.
This position is a 14 month fixed-term contract.
As a Associate Director, Marketing Campaigns EU, you will...
- Drive awareness for Audible, on-ground and through online marketing campaign conceptualization, execution and measurement for multiple marketplaces in EU. This would include custom builds for global campaigns (brand and content) in EU - esp. social media, activations and out-of-box ideas
- Co-create and manage campaigns with external partners (like creative agencies, freelancers) and internal partners like content, business and all marketing teams
- Work in close coordination with the media team to ensure the right inputs as maybe relevant for ATL media
- Support localization (assets, translations, titles etc.) for campaigns that span multiple marketplaces and/or originate outside EU marketplaces
- Raise the bar on our marketing efforts by supporting and deploying marketing technology where possible and efficient (AI, AR, VR, etc.)
- Support campaign-related research, measurement and reporting for local and global Brand and Content Marketing teams
- Actively collaborate across teams to remove roadblocks that may put project delivery at risk, across workstreams
- Ensure projects are fulfilled within set plan, budget and timing, while tracking and reporting this information for internal stakeholders
- Partner closely with global, regional and local content marketing teams to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-implementation of innovative, out-of-the-box ideas

Basic Qualifications
- Professional Degree (Bachelors’ degree, MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree)
- Demonstrated experience of running effective and efficient cross-channel, cross-country launches, projects or campaigns
- Demonstrated experience of working in an interface role, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders from different levels e.g. project manager, coordinator or creative manager
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with marketing activations (on-ground and online)
- Experience with using technology (AI, VR, AR) to raise the bar on marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a large-scale digital /ecomm/entertainment company, preferably with a subscription based business model in B2B or B2C set ups
- Well organized, with excellent attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset
- German language knowledge, and/or knowledge of other European languages such as Italian, Spanish and French
