Your responsibilities

  • Originate Co-Development partnerships to develop and/or acquire utility scale solar projects within Germany and Benelux

  • Establish and manage network with Co-developers

  • Manage business relationships with all project related stakeholders

  • Liaise closely with existing Uniper business teams (asset teams, trading / PPAs, finance, others) and enabling functions

  • Lead bidding process to acquire portfolios ( preparation of valuations, NBO preparation…)

  • Build strong relationships with the development team, consisting of developers, engineers, project-, contract- and offtake managers as well as a network of external development partners

  • Part of a high-performance team and contribution to the establishment of an entrepreneurial, rewarding and fun work environment

  • As required and by arrangement, takeover of all other arising activities of the area

  • Reports to the Head of Partnerships and Portfolio acquisitions - Solar DACH & BENELUX

Your profile


  • Several years (3-10 years) work experience in Renewables Energies in Germany

  • Degree (Master or Diploma) in business administration, economics, engineering, law or comparable studies

  • Proven track record of utility scale solar project acquisitions/partnerships and portfolio management

  • Profound understanding of relevant Renewable Energy market in Germany

  • Excellent communication skills and high-level assertiveness and communication skills in an international environment and the ability to build effective relationship at all levels

  • Fluent in Germany. Additional languages will be a plus
