Als Program Coordinator bist du in den von dir begleiteten Programme Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Talente und Startups. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Program Manager der Programme zusammen und unterstützt diesen vor allem in der Administration und im Projektmanagement. Der für diese Position gesuchte Program Coordinator ist in unserem AI Accelerator sowie in unserer Leadership Talent Academy (LTA) tätig.
 
Der AI Accelerator gibt dir einzigartige Einblicke in die dynamische Welt der (KI) Startups. Hier unterstützt du sowohl junge Talente auf dem Weg zum KI Startup als auch Scaleups, welche bereits dabei sind mit ihrer KI Lösung unsere Welt zu revolutionieren.
 
Vervollständigt wird dein Aufgabengebiet durch die Arbeit in der Leadership Talent Academy, die ein spezielles Programm für ambitionierte Start-up Gründer*innen ist. In Workshops mit erfahrenen Coaches erhalten die Teilnehmenden Unterstützung auf ihrem Weg von Gründer*innen zu Führungskräften.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

  • Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für die von dir begleiteten Programme und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung, Durchführung, Kommunikation und Qualitätssicherung der Programme.
  • Du sorgst für die nötige Struktur in den einzelnen Programmen und koordinierst verschiedene Termine, Inhalte, Maßnahmen und Meilensteine.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Programmverantwortlichen bei allen administrativen Tätigkeiten und hilfst bei der Verwaltung unserer Systeme wie Hubspot, Notion und Slack. Immer mit dem Ziel eine reibungslose Nutzererfahrung zu garantieren.
  • Um unsere einzigartigen Startup Programme in die Welt zu tragen, arbeitest du eng mit unserem Marketing-Team zusammen, um spannenden Content über die Arbeit in unseren Programmen zu erstellen, der Talente und Startups zur Bewerbung auf das Programm veranlasst.
  • Mit deinem Team kreierst und organisierst du spannende Workshops und Meetups für Talente und Startups, bei denen auch Mentoren, Unternehmen und Experten teilnehmen, um bei der verantwortungsvollen und erfolgreichen Gründung zu unterstützen.
  • Du bist an der Entwicklung von Inhalten und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Programme beteiligt.
  • Du verstehst dich als Brückenbauer*in für unsere Talente und Startup Teams in den von dir begleiteten Programmen, unterstützt sie dabei in unserer Community anzukommen und vernetzt sie innerhalb unseres Ökosystems, um damit eine Plattform für Kooperation und nachhaltiges Netzwerken zu schaffen.
Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

  • Du verfügst über eine solide berufliche Qualifikation, sei es in Form einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung oder eines erfolgreich absolvierten Studiums, die dich optimal auf deine neue Rolle als Programmkoordinator*in vorbereitet hat.
  • Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen im Projekt- oder Eventmanagement gesammelt und auch in heißen Phasen einen kühlen Kopf bewahrt.
  • Es schreckt dich nicht ab in mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig tätig zu sein, da du durch deine geschaffene Struktur weiterhin den Überblick behältst und die relevanten Ziele verfolgst.
  • Du bist eine pragmatische Persönlichkeit, die lösungsorientiert denkt und handelt.
  • Idealerweise hast Du erste Erfahrungen in der Organisation von Programmen, Workshops und Events gesammelt.
  • Du bist in der Lage unsere Gründer*innen zu inspirieren und zu motivieren.
  • Bestenfalls hast Du bereits ein Netzwerk in der Startup-Szene und in relevanten Ökosystemen aufgebaut.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse und Freude an Interkulturalität.
