Project Coordinator for Entrepreneurial Research Initiatives

Are you ready to take on a new opportunity that goes beyond a traditional role? We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to help shape the future of Campus Founders gGmbH.
In this position, you will serve as the essential liaison between Campus Founders and the University of Viadrina, overseeing the coordination and execution of all matters, outcomes, and processes associated with the ERLab partnership.
The ERLab is a vibrant community of scholars at the European University Viadrina, concentrating on critical elements of entrepreneurial activities within organizations and ecosystems. Our research initiatives delve into significant factors that influence the effectiveness of these ecosystems. Through our collaboration with Campus Founders, emerging researchers gain access to a dynamic and expanding startup and innovation landscape in the Heilbronn-Franken region.
- Facilitate the discovery and realization of mutually advantageous opportunities within our collaboration and other research partnerships.
- Manage the administrative and operational responsibilities necessary for the successful implementation of the ERLab and related research initiatives, ensuring organizational alignment.
- Coordinate the incorporation of research findings into our programs and community.
- Organize ERLab transfer and knowledge-sharing events to enhance collaboration and learning among researchers and community members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at Viadrina University and startups across Eastern Europe to broaden the reach and integration of our programs.
- Establish connections with universities and research institutions to foster research-related collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support our events.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and milestones achieved.
- Encourage collaboration and networking among researchers to nurture a vibrant research community at Campus Founders.
- A solid professional background, whether through completed vocational training or a relevant degree, that prepares you for the role of project coordinator.
- 1-3 years of practical experience in project coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to effectively navigate challenges and maintain structured workflows.
- Excellent time management abilities, capable of managing tasks independently with minimal oversight.
- A proactive approach to navigate complex situations, adapt swiftly to changes, and make informed decisions based on practical knowledge.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate in German being a plus, along with a passion for intercultural dialogue.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build relationships, facilitate networking, and promote cooperation among diverse stakeholders.
