Project Coordinator for Entrepreneurial Research Initiatives

As the Project Coordinator, you will serve as the essential link between Campus Founders and the University of Viadrina, overseeing the coordination and execution of all aspects related to the ERLab partnership.

About the ERLab: The ERLab is a collective of researchers at the European University Viadrina dedicated to exploring vital elements of entrepreneurial activities within organizations and ecosystems. Our research initiatives examine crucial factors that influence the effectiveness of these ecosystems. Collaborating with Campus Founders provides young researchers with access to a dynamic and expanding startup and innovation ecosystem in the Heilbronn-Franken region.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the identification and realization of mutually beneficial opportunities within our collaborations and other research projects.
  • Manage administrative and operational duties necessary for the successful implementation of the ERLab and additional research initiatives.
  • Coordinate the integration of research findings into our programs and community.
  • Organize ERLab transfer events and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance collaboration and learning among researchers and community members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at Viadrina University and startups across Eastern Europe to broaden the reach and integration of our programs.
  • Establish connections with universities and research institutions to foster research-related collaborations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support various events.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and milestones achieved.
  • Encourage collaboration and networking among researchers to cultivate a vibrant research community at Campus Founders.
Qualifications:
  • A solid professional background, either through completed vocational training or a relevant degree that prepares you for the role of project coordinator.
  • 1-3 years of practical experience in project coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to effectively manage challenges and maintain structured workflows.
  • Excellent time management abilities, with the capacity to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive approach to navigate complex situations, adapt swiftly to changes, and make informed decisions based on practical knowledge.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in German is a plus, along with a passion for intercultural dialogue.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships, facilitate networking, and promote cooperation among diverse stakeholders.
